Food

We do not have onsite food available.

The Gribble Inn is a 2 minute drive away in the nearby quaint village of Oving ,

The 16th century thatched cottage that is today The Gribble Inn, was once the home of local school teacher Rose Gribble. The onsite micro-brewery has been active since the opening of the pub in 1980. Head brewer, Rob Cooper, has brewed beer at the Gribble since it opened. His late father was the Head Brewer before him and both had the pleasure of knowing Rose Gribble.

Amenities

When it’s time to retreat to the site, it really is a retreat: this is no-frills aside from your luxurious Glamping tent and the toilet facilities which consist of your own private portaloo that is cleaned and serviced prior to check in. There is no evening entertainment (so we'll leave that to you), organised activities or theme nights to interrupt the peace and quiet. No Wifi .There will be a washing up station and the site is shared with other groups of campers but all groups will be spread far apart. The gorgeous glamping tents are nestled in a tree lined field, just off a small country road with minimal noise pollution.

Pack and prep for self-service stays, and feel free to anticipate calm nights by the campfire, barbecue on the air and pooch snoring nearby, when eyes can be turned to clear night skies for top-notch stargazing...

We will have members of staff on and off-site all weekend to aid and help people along the way!
